Lola’s Bakeshop is your neighborhood bakery located at 109 W Main Cross in Edinburgh, Indiana. Founded by Edinburgh native Brittany Rader, Lola’s specializes in handmade pretzels, breads, and other small-batch baked goods made with simple ingredients and traditional techniques. Brittany is a professionally trained baker and graduate of Johnson & Wales University.

Every pretzel, bread, and cookie is crafted with care, baked fresh, and meant to be enjoyed right away.
